Sooo got a versa 2 the other day, have seen this issue on this site already but the mic isn't working. Did everything: reset, re paired it with my phone, enabled mic in settings, allowed it on my phone, restarted phone, setup Alexa... Nothing. The mic seems to pickup when I blow into it or tap on it effectively....
Software issue? Or is it the watch?
