Hi, my fitbit versa wont work. All I get is a big red x on the screen and it says data not cleared sync and try again...I have tried all the suggestions to reset on this site and the same thing keeps happening. I have a galaxy S7 phone. Thank you angela olson

Hi @angelaolson85, welcome to the community.
It sounds as though your Versa 2 has had a factory reset performed.
Can you try going into the Bluetooth settings on your Galaxy S7 and unpairing/forgetting the Versa 2 from there. Then go back into the fitbit app - tap on your profile picture - set up device - follow the steps to set up your Versa 2 again.

In this case I think the only option you have left is to contact customer support here
