My fitbit versa keeps displaying the fitbit logo. Sometimes it flashes, other time the logo is still standing.I have tried everything nothing works.

I have searched the web and on the communications page and see a lot of people experience this problems, but no answers are given. Would you please be so kind and advise me what to do next. My fitbit is not even a year old, and I use it everyday especially for my work outs. How do I get it back to normal?Im desperate.

When I took my Versa off the charger it had a red triangle and !. Since then it will only flash the Fitbit logo. How do I fix it? It is only 18 months old.
