Why, oh why is my fitbit versa 2 constantly unpairing from my Android phone? I have to pair it at least a dozen times a day!

I was so excited to get the versa 2 & the problems started the first day! So disappointed!

Now starting to have problems with the sleep portion of the app.

Are the other fitbits having the same problem? Should I even bother to upgrade to another one?

Please help! Thanks

Hi @Aerussow13,

 

I was actually just looking into this, can you answer a few questions for me?

 

1.) What OS are you using?  Is it on a phone or computer?

2.) Can you get to a computer and verify that your device is set to "Always Connected?  It should look like this:

As far as the sleep goes, that has nothing to do with the connection to the app and everything to do with the Versa's connection to you.  Is your strap adjusted correctly?

I'm using my phone. I don't have access to a computer. And my Fitbit is
against my skin. Sometimes if I sit too long reading,it will say I'm
asleep. Some nights sleep will show up & sometimes the sleep will stop in
the middle of the night.
Sometimes as soon as I pair it, it will unpair again. Thanks 👍
