Hi, wondering if anyone can help my my Fitbit versa 3 screen jusy suddenly when blank while it was on my wrist I can’t see time steps etc, however I can swipe right and left and get images of apps but they don’t work, I tried charging it but nothing also I have noticed there is no green light at the back.
has this happened to anyone else I have tried YouTube and holding the button but nothing.
i did try and contact Fitbit customer services and had no luck getting hold of anyone via the number or 24/7 online chat .

Hi @Nic1991 - the first thing is to restart it - How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the problem persists try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App to a different one in case it has a fault.
If it is still a problem, try contact Fitbit Support directly, also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.

My Versa 3 is not working either. Tried to push the button on side.. nothing.

Hi @Yvette2 - in your case it may not be a button problem.
If you put in on the charger and it doesn't start, or when you push the button, it is most likely flat and not charging.

You don't need a new battery, it just needs to be charged. Please check why it's not charging with the link provided.

Tried changing clock face. It won't install until I sync. Tracker won't sync.

@Yvette2 - what problem do you actually have with the Versa 3?
If the screen is blank, it may be because there is no energy in the battery, in which case
It just needs charging.
The resolution is to sort out why it's not charging.
Or is it a different problem that needs explaining in more detail to get a resolution in the forum. In which case start a new topic pertinent to your exact situation.
