I am not please with the service I got from support. I sent pictures of my watch showing them how the face is coming off. Under the impression that they were sending me another one when she replied she was replacing nothing but the Fitbit not the bands. Then I get the email stating that they are only giving me 35% off, really. The face off. I am not happy. See photo below.
I only had it a year. So, that’s what they do in a year. Really? Why pay that much money and it’s only going to last for a year. WOW! That’s a defect on Fitbit part.
