My fitbit versa won't switch on. I have it for about a year and a half. The screen remains blank. When I place it into the charging port - I can feel the vibration. I have tried all restart/factory reset options - nothing has worked.
I tried taking it to various places where the device is sold to try sending it in for repairs - but every place has informed me that if it is out of warranty there is nothing I can do. It is ridiculous that a watch which is this pricey has a lifespan of less than 2 years and no options of fixing it.

I'm having the same problem. The screen is blank. Nothing I can do will make it come to life. The app on my iPhone says it is syncing but it never does.
Did fitbit do an update that bricked Versa 2s recently? I'm seeing many people with the same issue.
