My husband bought me a versa light as a gift. It worked great for a few months and then one day the screen went blank and had an orange light in the right bottom corner that appears to go up the side. What happened to my watch?!

This is exactly the problem I am having but you can't get through to speak to anyone or even just email them in regards to the issue. Yes my watch is 2yrs old but it's well looked after and this should not happen.
Hope we can get an answer soon.
