Versa 2 Button doesn't work

Hi!

The other day my Versa 2 was frozen suddenly.

I tried to reset by pressing the button, which worked well.

However, since then the button doesn't respond anymore.

The watch works perfectly, but the button is dead.

So, I also cannot do a reset again...

Any suggestions?

So, I was suggested to do a factory reset.

Which I did, but now the watch is stuck in setting up the button.

I need to press it to forward with the setup, but it doesn't work.

So now I'm stuck with a watch that doesn't work at all!

 

Please help...
