I have a fitbit versa. My watch hasn't been charged in days and the battery was completely diminished for days. The second I charged my phone completely the time on my watch was completely changed 2 hours advanced and I don't know how to change it back to the appropriate time. I need answers to all of these questions. I don't know much about this issue so I was hoping step by step intructions to restore the time back to normal for free. No payments or anything like that. Please help. Thanks......

You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?
The other thing that affects the time is the timezone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

I have the same problem. Mine is 3 hours behind and it won't sync and it says device not found. It has been like this for 3 days

@9624 did you contact customer support if the recommended fixes in your other thread on your syncing problems did not help?

If anyone is still having this problem, for me, I tried all syncing and switching times zones on dongle with app open on PC and none of it worked, but then when I synced to my phone it worked.
