Wifi set up issue

Hi. I know I have read about this issue happening last year, but here I am with a Versa 2 and my app will not load the wifi set up page. It just spins. I have a Galaxy Note 10+ and have been able to do this with no issue previously. I just moved and had to change my wifi settings. When I tried to set up my app and watch, the screen just shows the green circle spinning. 

I have already restarted, force stopped, reinstalled, etc... Am I alone with this issue?

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
