My versa is only 2 months old and the glass has fine lines like cracks in the centre of the glass appearing how can I get it fixed or replaced ? This is my second one as the first one the colour was wearing off and the retailer exchanged it for me.

Best AnswerPlease note the Victorian consumer affairs rights in relation to purchases etc. it rightly states that the Manufacturer must have available spare parts etc . Fitbit do not have a service available for the glass replacement for the Versa. Mine is showing fine cracks after 2 months how can it not never covered under your warranty I don’t understand and I cannot even get a replacement glass either. This is really disappointing from the Fitbit Company.
