Not sure how to best explain this but my wife has the fitbit versa lite. She has been wearing it for 5 months or so and today it just stopped working. The screen lights up but nothing shows up. I tried to restart it but the only thing that happens is the logo comes up then fades away. Ive since put it on to charge but that hasn't helped at all. Has anyone had this happened before?

Sounds like a possible clock face problem. Try installing a new Fitbit clock face. If that doesn't work, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

At the moment it not only can't connect to the phone but it continually restarts after a minute.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

It's impossible to swipe since the screen is blank and it won't sink to the phone.

Hallo #ArcticWolf, i just read the situation U highlited regarding your Versa Lite.F.Y.I, i''m wearing Versa Lite aswell.Have u done any hands on applying towards your Fitbit Versa devices with the Versa particular chargers mounted on it',than 1st,u turn the button on as your Fitbit in charging mode carry out any setting as U may if its screen turn on..if nothing seem to be appear on your device screen,than it is definately ur Device charger that causing all the retarded in our neighbourhood.
