I purchased my fitbit in September the touch screen is now not responding making it impossible to use my watch other than to just see the time. I have tried restarting it multiple times and still am unable to use the touch screen.

They're gonna tell you to do a factory reset. If you're using a Versa Lite - DO NOT DO IT. On a regular versa, you might be ok.
