About 3-4 days ago I noticed my hr hadn’t been tracking all day. I reset and it was fine for awhile. The next day I realized the hr wasn’t tracking again because my entire workout said I was at 95 bpm. I reset and again it was fine. Then yesterday it wasn’t tracking again. It said my bpm was 66 when I was walking uphill. I reset and it was fine until I got home and was sitting down reading. I checked my watch it said my bpm was 165 bpm. I tried adjusting and reset and for a few minutes it dropped down but then it went back up. All day it says my hr is between140-170 bpm no matter what I’m doing.
in addition to this my clock face has been getting dimmer and dimmer all day (but my battery is not low). I couldn’t even see the time. Then I pressed the side button and the screen glitches and went dark. Now my screen has no display. The response I got from customer service was:
“Thanks for the email. We’re aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the near future. We'll continue to monitor the situation and keep our team informed of its impact. We're sorry for the trouble, and understand this isn't the resolution you're hoping for. Let us know if there's anything else we can do to assist you.”

Whatever you do, don't do a factory reset like support told me to today. Now mine is bricked. 🙄

It’s totally messed up. No display but the green light is flashing.

I didn't even factory reset my Versa 1, it just bricked right before new years. I didn't do anything. Just looked down at it one day, and assumed it was dead, so I charged it. But, it never came back to being useable. Blue-tinted all-black screen. It looks like I can power it down and power it on based on that blue black vs all black. But, it's completely useless, the green heart-rate light doesn't even light.
