Hello,

My fitbit versa is not charging and i knew, after trying from a friend's charger, that the problem is from the watch itself.

Any recommendations of where to get help? Thank you.

Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide for charging problems that may help. You can find it at: Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If it doesn't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
