For the past 2 weeks, my fitbit versa watch has not been keeping the correct time. I have tried syncing, removing the device and then setting it up anew, on multiple occasions, but the problem recurs. I reset it again last night at around 11:00 PM (EST), and as of this writing, it is 3 hrs, 11 minutes behind the actual time. Don’t know how to fix. Device is only 3-1/2 months old. Can watch be replaced?

Time on your phone. It is set correct zone for your country & present location? Is all day sync enabled?

Yes, device is set to the correct time zone. Yes, all day sync is on. Clock is still losing time, now by several hours.
