Fitbit versa not working at all!

I just got my versa 2 days ago. It is having problems syncing, recording sleep, apps wont download/upate. What do i do? Im really upset i spent my money on this!

I factory reset it and its working fine now.

What phone ate you using? That might be affecting it. Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Also try restarting your Versa several times and see if that helps. Let us know how you go

How did u reset it?  Mine wont display anything except that I need to download the app.  Already redownload, and all that

I just purchased a versa and am having the exact problem. I've tried all the trouble shooting advice and have been unable to get past the "to start download the app" screen on my device. It has the latest firmware and seems connected to my phone and app but wont move past that screen. I cant factory reset because I cant move past that screen on the device.
