Hi my Fitbit versa is not working. This is a replacement from the one I got replaced back in Oct 19. My screen is working then isn’t. It’s not recording my heart rate there no green lights on at the back. Not recording my step either. Could some send the link of the Fitbit support. I have done the hole restarting nothing is working
