Got Versa 2 for Christmas. Paired with Samsung S10. Recieved all notifications for about 2 days then stopped receiving texts. I was on with customer service for 30 minutes a few days ago & it was working again. Next day...nothing! Frustrated & ready to return it!

I totally understand how you feel about the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa 2 is experiencing. I would like to help you and turn the bad experience into a good experience. I would like to know if you still have your watch and didn't return it.
If you still have your watch, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, in the meantime. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Since December 26th, I have been shutting down, restarting, disconnecting, reconnecting, talking to customer service, etc & still not receiving my text notifications. I have decided to return it. Thank you for finally getting back to me.
