Fitbit versa not working

Fitbit logo is stuck on. Screen will turn white when dimmed.it will show the previous application behind the screen. Will not measure heart rate or steps

Hi @Lovelypencil152,

This may be a hard pill to swallow, but you may need to do a factory reset.  If you have the Versa 2, 3, or Lite, all you need to do is hold down the button/sensor on the right for about 20 seconds.  If you have the Versa 1, you need to hold down all 3 buttons on the device for about 20 seconds.  Then follow the setup process you used to set up the Versa with your account initially.
