Hi,

I recently got my Fitbit versa when I realised that I wasn’t getting notifications from a certain person. It is coming through my device it’s synced to but not my Fitbit. There is no problem with other people texting me though. Do you know how to fix that? Another problem is that my Fitbit isn’t vibrating when I get notifications. It is quite annoying and I’ve been trying to fix it. Please get back to me ASAP.

No answers here but I suddenly stopped getting text notifications today. I'm here to see if anyone has answers
