Fitbit versa went black

I put my Fitbit on the charger and it wont charge wont even turn on just a black screen I got it for Christmas so it's only a couple months old never had it in water or anything just stopped working how can I fix this problem or contact Fitbit for a new one husband spent alot of money for this and it only lasted 2 months not happy

mine too!

It was fine 1 minute and then it went black.  It will charge and sync.  I have a few faint stripes on my screen. 

 

This is my 3rd/4th Fitbit.  I specifically got a versa because of being waterproof.  The only water it has been exposed to today is from me washing my hands.
