Hey everyone,
I bought my fitbit versa recently. It was working smoothly. I got an Android P upgrade today on my OnePlus 5 phone. After the upgrade I am not able to connect my phone to versa. It kept saying turn on your Bluetooth when it was already on. I tried a factory reset as well. No change. I fear I might have to return my watch.
Can someone please help?
Thanks

Hi, strange. I had also recenty the update to Android 9 and even performed the Firmware update without any issues. You can try the following:
1. Remove your Versa from the Fitbit app.
2. Deinstall the Fitbit app and restart your phone
3. Reinstall the Fitbit app and turn on BT
4. Login to your Fitbit account and press add device and setup your Versa like you normally do.
5. Reboot your Versa.
6. Go to Fitbit app, press the Versa icon on the top of the dashboard and maually start the syncing process.
Hope this helps.

I tried the steps that you mentioned, it found the device for 2 secs and then came the pop up showing Bluetooth issues.
