Very disappointed with this “smart” watch. 

 

-It does not measure miles.

-When working out either indoor or outdoor, frequently it pauses making measurements not accurate at all. 

-people at customer service very arrogant and with limited knowledge!  Frustrating ! 

 

All in all very inefficient watch and customer service !!!

Sorry you aren’t having a good experience. You can definitely get mileage.  Mine shows miles for the day and also for specific workouts (like mileage for a run).  Are you tracking workouts? If so, what are you categorizing it as? Not all categories track mileage. 

 

The pausing is weird.  Is that happening when you are tracking a workout? Mine only does that when I wear long sleeves and the sleeve occasionally swipes the pause button. Solved that problem by getting a cheap wristband to wear over it when running in the cold.
