I received this as a Christmas gift and very excited to use it. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing 2 days of trying to get it to work. I had a less expensive no name brand and had no issues at all with syncing and staying connected to my phone. I have tried all the steps mentioned in the numerous feeds and now it shows as available on my Galaxy S9 but it will not pair at all now.
I am about ready to return this and not use Fitbit ever again since this is my first time at purchasing one. I have noticed this seems to have been an issue since 2018 or longer and now going into 2020 it is still an ongoing glitch still... very concerning. Please help and respond.
