Fitbit Versa won’t connect to WW app

Hi, the WW, assuming you mean weight watchers, is not a by Fitbit supported app. Only apps that are supported by Fitbit can be installed on the Versa (see All Apps). Exception to this rule is Pandora, but nedds an extra account you have to login to.
