Hi

 

I am extremely disappointed in this product. My screen is just pitch black.. It is working can feel the watch vibration but pitch dark screen. 11 months old. And no one wants to assist me????? I paid **ahem** load of money for this thing and apparently no where in South Africa is someone that can help me repair it. WHAT DO I DO... IF YOU DONT HELP ME IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
