Right,I am not getting any notifications on my Fitbit Verda at all,is it a setting issue or is it maybe the phone I have,it’s a huwaei p20,it did say to turn it off and on again to enable notifications but this didn’t work,any ideas please.?.

Hi @Moirally.

 

I think it's a settings issue.  If you open the app and tap on the small picture of your Versa in the upper right corner, this will take you to the Versa settings.  From there, you can select "Notifications" and then use the toggles to turn notifications on or off for various apps.  Then just sync your tracker.

I have done this and nothing.  I have completely reset and reinstalled on phone - reset watch.  Nothing....
