I got my versa about 5 months ago. I didn’t Wear it for 2 months. Now it won’t turn and I’ve tried resetting it holding the 3 buttons and 2 buttons. However it still won’t turn on. Any idea what’s wrong or how I can fix it?

How long did you charge it for? If the battery is fully depleted it can take up to 30 minutes before it shows any sign of life. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/
