I went on vacation last week-when I got home, my Versa battery had been dead for 2 days. I've tried charging it for hours on end, and it will not come back on. I've tried the "all three button" reset but still nothing. The green lights on the back will not come on either. Can someone please help me? This is EXTREMELY frustrating.

After emailing back and forth, Fitbit Customer Service now tells me my Versa is out of warranty (I've had it right at 1 year) and they can't do anything about it. They sent me a 25% off code to purchase another one. Why in the WORLD would I want to spend more money with a company that doesn't stand behind their products? This product is poorly made-I have taken excellent care of it and there is no way it should be completely dead. Such a disappointment. Guess I'll be purchasing an Apple watch 😞
