Fitbit will not turn on after reset

My steps, heart rate & my active minutes wouldn’t show up on my watch but they were there on the Fitbit app. As suggested by a lot of users to factory reset, i did that from the settings —> About —> Factory Reset. After that my Fitbit versa would not turn on. Please help. I bought it in October, please help me

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I did the same thing, except instead of a reset, I just powered down and it wouldnt turn back on. I returned it and got a new one. Luckily I was still with in the stores return policy
