Just got my new Versa 2 yesterday.  I have been able to get everything setup and running except Alexa.  When I click on the Alex Icon in mobile app I get an error stating there was an error connecting to my Amazon account.  I have down loaded the Alexa app and have logged in to it and have it running in the back ground.  I have rebooted both the Android phone and watch.

BobbyD, It is better to burn out than it is to rust.

Hi @bdesplaines.

 

Are you on Android or iOS?

 

On Android, you should be able to set up Alexa directly from the Fitbit app.  Go to the Tracker Settings, and then "Alexa".  From there, it should ask you for permission to connect to your Alexa account.  Follow the prompts and you should be able to connect them.

 

As a side note, you might want to consider enabling the "Fitbit" skill on Alexa.  Just log into your Alexa account, and tell it to download the Fitbit skill.  After that, connecting the two accounts should be a breeze.
