Fitbit won't charge

My fitbit versa ran out of battery now won't charge any help would be appreciated

I'm having the same issue, I even bought a new charger and tried different plug ins

 Hello @Kathick ,

No worries as it might be not an issue of your watch but the charger.

  1.  Try to clean the copper plates on the charger and your watch. One of those copper pins might be covered by dirt.
  2. Try to get a new charger as the USB cord might be damaged.
