Fitbit won't do firmware upsate

Bought my Fitbit and it wont do the update. Says data not cleared try to sync. This is day 2 of trying to do the firmware update through bluetooth connection.

Hi @JD2017 and welcome.

Try going into the fitbit app in my phone and remove the device from there, Then go into the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpaired it from there. After you should be able to go back into the Fitbit app - set up device - and proceed to set up the device again.

I have done that 3 time already

I have done all the trouble shooting. Repaired it multiple times and it is still saying "data not cleared sync and try again" Is there away to reset because I think its stuck in a loop

You can try a factory reset:

Press and hold all three buttons. Wait until the logo appears for the second time and release the lower right button. Wait for 10 seconds and start to vibrate. Release the other buttons.

Maybe you need to try few times because hard to get the timing exact.
