Heart rate function not working on Versa

The BPM sensor is not on or flashing any lights.  My heart rate and calories are not being tracked accurately, consequently.  Additionally, I noticed that the watch is tracking my hourly steps but it's not showing up in the app.  I have an Android phone.  This issue began after the most recent Fitbit update.  I have already checked if there was another update but it's up-to-date.

Thanks for sharing detailed information about the issues experienced with your Versa, as well for keeping everything up to date. This shouldn't be happening and let me give you a hand with these issues. About your heart rate function, I'll need you to try the following steps:

  1. On your watch, swipe to the left and tap on the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap on heart rate to turn it Off.
  3. Restart your watch to restore its performance.
  4. Turn back on the heart rate function.
  5. Wear it snug on your wrist and monitor its behavior.

In regards to your other inquiry, do you mean that the hourly activity tile isn't showing up in the Fitbit app? If that's the case, please check this help article which describes the steps to add a tile on the dashboard. Always make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
