Fitbit won't select

Fitbit won't allow for setting selection or other options. Tried reset and that isn't working either.

Thank you for sharing the situation.  It will be a pleasure to assist you. 

In order to provide you correct support I ask you for more details about the issue: 

  • Are you seeing any error messages on your Fitbit?
  • Can you swipe through the menu on your screen?

In the meantime I suggest you change the clockface in your Fitbit: 

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab / devices icon / your device.
  2. Tap Gallery / Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want / Install.
