Hello, i use my Fitbit to monitor my blood glucose levels via my iPhone 6s (I’m diabetic) I’ve been using it for 2 months no problems but yesterday it won’t sync/connect to my phone. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting several times with no success. I’m so frustrated I’ve spent hours trying to make it work. Is it my phone or the Fitbit at fault ? I need to sort this out urgently. Any answers would be gratefully received

@SunsetRunner Please try this:
If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure All day sync is enabled.

Thank you so much for the detail on paring l Phone. I had just received my Watch last week and wanted to wear in gym with earbuds and listen to Pandora. I don't know how many time I took information off my phone and started all over from the beginning.
Turning phone off for my issues seem to help. I know you where very detailed in your instructions and I just want to thank you so very much. I had the box all ready to send it back and was trying to justify just keeping the watch etc....Now I have happy feet that will take me into gym with my new watch and earbuds.
