Fitbit won't sync with my Versa

My Fitbit quit syncing with my Versa. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and restated everything to no avail. Any orher suggestions?

I am also having the same issue. I tried all the steps in the article and nothing ha solve the problem. I see in the Google Play Store, when reinstalling my app that this seems to be a widespread problem this week. What is being done to rectify the problem?

Juan, thank you for your response. On Thursday I looked for further Android
instructions to my problem. As a result, on my Versa I went into settings,
then Bluetooth. The only thing I changed was to turn on "restore music
controls." And unbelievably my phone and watch now sync and I've had no
further problems. Again, thank you for your help.

I am having the exact same issues and it sounds like other people are as well. I did every single thing the help article told me to do and nothing worked. In fact, I tried to uninstall and reinstall my Fitbit on the app and when I tried to reinstall it it won't even connect to reinstall it to the app.
