Just lost a customer , had Fitbit fir a less than 2 years won’t come on, spent over $200.00  for it,

Thanks for your post and feedback. To assist you and get you back on track, can you please provide more information and details about the actual issue you're experiencing with your Versa Lite? I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If your Fitbit is not turning on or responding at all, please check: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
