The wristband can no longer attach itself because it has broken off. So there is hardware damage. Can this be returned? I've had the fitbit for a little over a year now.
According to Fitbit, I can get a replacement model within 2 years. however, I can't find any contact details to sign it up.

Hi @jrraijmakers get with customer support and they can tell you what options are available for you.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
