My experience with Fitbit Versa 3 and the Customer Service

I’ve been with Fitbit for 7 years. Everyone in my family has apple and Garmin watches. I stuck with Fitbit because I liked the way they worked. This is not the company I started with 7 years ago. One day I plugged in my 1 1/2 year old versa 3 and it never worked again. I talked to a customer service person and was offered a 35% discount off of old Fitbits none of the new ones, also I realized that they don’t make versa three anymore. Fitbit i have no other choice. No one can stay with a company who’s product last for less than two years. I hope this review helps other Fitbit owners.

OMG!!! That's exactly the situation with my Versa 3. I had my watch for 18 months, received a s a gift. Love the watch but stopped cherging for no reason. Followed All 2 suggestions ( clean wach and clean charger) from customer service. Watch won't charge!    Received the same 35% discount, but with so many conditions - not applicable to Versa4 or any other watches i wanted. The discount is completely meaningless!

Hi @Cantstopwontsto - disappointing that it stopped working, hopefully you checked the charge cable which often fails so the watch stops working, though it could be another issue. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi @BikingViking  - before giving up on your watch, did you check the charge cable as given in my earlier post?
