My Fitbit won’t charge ! Trying to take it back. It won’t ship on my debit I don’t know why! They can’t return it no serial number! I bought 2 of these one for me one for my granddaughter . Hers works! This crazy waited argot 2 hrs told they couldn’t! I won’t buy another one. Had it for less 3 months. I one of them people throw everything away

Hi @Excuseme  where did you purchase it? Return policies vary, but most don't allow for returns after a certain period of time. What's wrong with your Versa? Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see

I bought it at target in February! I have iPhone 8 ! It has been working till couple days ago ! It says it’s 84 percent

Check this article - click - which tells you what to do if you have trouble charging. You might need to get with Fitbit support if you can't get it to charge.
