I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa 2. Will you please share a few more details for we can help you troubleshoot. For example, what are the steps you are taking to track your exercise and what type of mobile device do you synch to?

Fitbit doesn't recognize my exercise,  it did last week except for 1 day, this week I exercise 4 day's it said only 1 but doesn't recognize to my weight watcher's app which it always did , nothing shows up on my fitbit face , d
