My Elliptical readings are showing negligible readings. These are much lower than those for walking!  My charge 2 was much more accurate and in line with professional gym equipment readings. Can I recalibrate the versa 3 to record exercise more accurately on the elliptical setting.

All excise readings are base off HR but unfortunately sense and versa have issues with HR reading correctly.If you read thru the community posting you will see you are in the same boat as the rest of us. I had a ionic for 6 years which died got a new versa 3 for Christmas so disappointed with HR reading correctly. Good luck calling support you will only get the prepared statement.

Hi I had the charge 2 for years which was fine.  What would you suggest as a replacement?

I also have charge 2 that still works but I wanted one with bigger screen because it was hard for me to see results with the smaller tracker. I think I an returning the versa and pull out the charge 2 . I really like the versa because I just wanted a tracker that I could look and see (getting old is rough on reading small print) with gps. I hope they can get the HR monitoring work out. I have been using Fitbit for about 8-10 years and hope to stay with then. All I can say is the sense an versa line have issues. I received mind for a Christmas gift so I can still return. I would just say you can learn a lot from the community form and than it comes to what suits your needs.
