Fiton app compatibility issues with Versa

I have been using Fiton app to workout at home, they have the option to download the appt on fitbit so it can sinc my heart and all of that, but when I try to download stated that make sure my fitbit app and watch are in the same update. I have tried to update my fitbit app and watch multiple times but the Fiton app still does not download and the same message comes up.

Regarding the compatibility between the Fitbit and Fiton apps, I'm afraid that it's not available. Please check out this Feature Suggestion, where one of our team members provided more details about this.
