I lost my previous clock face and got locked in a purchase screen for a different one I dont want. And have to reset my versa, which still hasn't worked for me so i am still currently locked out, just to try to use it again. Its very upsetting that you do not have a previously purchased spot for clock faces so we can find ones we have purchased, especially if we purchased bundles. Also the clock faces should be able to be filtered through way better then now. For instance a free section and a purchase section. An already used section. And if you are going to sell through 3rd party on your app then you should make sure your customers clock faces dont disappear when they purchase a new one. No where did my previous clock face say that if I switched clock faces that it would be gone. Terrible terrible terrible setup for clock faces. PLEASE FIX ASAP 😞

What do you mean by getting locked out?do you see a message to "Unlock with Phone"?
If your referring to a paid clock face, then you will need to contact the developer of the clock face.

My clock face wouldn't or stopped and my watch wasn't showing the clock. My Fitbit app said I must change my clock face. But once I chose which I wanted then this was my choice. The choice was very limited.Now I can no longer see the date. And I cannot see how to do this. Any ideas would greatly be accepted
