My screen just went black , I tried everything suggested to fix it but it stayed black . I love my versa and I really want to fix it! whereeee can I fit it??!!!! Or repair it !!! Please help And I don’t hv warranty .
Hi @Razanlami there is no repair center for Fitbit. If you're under warranty and as long as it was purchased from an authorized retailer. Warranty is 12 months in the USA and 24 months in some European countries. What all did you do to fix it?
Best AnswerI tried restarting it , it tried placing on the charger , I tried pressing all three buttons I tried very single thing that they have spoken of on the troubleshooting page and nothing worked !!! This happened 10 months after a purchase it !!! It’s literally brand new it’s so sad because it wasn’t cheap and it broke down fast . Moreover to hear that Fitbit doesn’t have a fixing center
Best AnswerMine did the same thing and it took me almost 3 months trying anything and everything...and one day it magically reappeared. It still took a couple of days to be “found” again by my phone....Keep your Versa on the charger at all times and near you and your phone. Delete it (unpair) from your phone in the app. Then: The post I found that finally worked is not only restarting it, but doing a hard reboot. Hold all three buttons down until it vibrates, then IMMEDIATELY release only the bottom right button. As you hold the other two, eventually the start screen will appear. I even had to repeat this process a few times, but I am FINALLY BACK! Best of luck!!! ( I was at my wit’s end because I also LOVE my Versa. )
Best AnswerI hear you! Mine was less than 6 months old! I was just getting ready to apply for the warranty process when the Versa woke up. Go figure.
