Home screen / clock screen flashes continuously but is ok on other menu screens on my Versa . How can I get it to stop? I’ve reset a number of times.

@Andysaxton Are you using a 3rd party clockface? Try changing a clockface with a reboot of your tracker in-between.

I've tried changing the clock face, turning off and back on, and a factory reset. The clock face flashes 10 to 15 times, goes to my 'today' screen and then eventually stops. Unfortunately I've had this for almost a year, so it is out of warranty. I'm frustrated with not being able to use my versa all day long. Before the flashing issue, I could go almost a week between charging.

Best AnswerI am having similar issues with my Versa. The screen is always active with the menus flashing and the vibration going off each time the screen flashes. It has only started happening in the last week. I've reset everything I can find, let it run flat, charged it, updated it and it's still doing it. I can no longer wear it as it is annoying. It's not 12 months old yet.
This is happening to mine just like you described. It was fine until I tried a third party face, but j didnt like it. I then tried a Fitbit face and it started happening.
Best AnswerIt has been a while, but I think all I had to do was restart the FitBit or re-sync it with my computer. It was definitely a pain! I think worst case scenario is completely deleting the fitbit from whatever device it talks to and basically start fresh as if you had just opened the box.

Best AnswerAm having the same issue all of a sudden in the last 3 days. Screen keeps alternating between exercise shortcuts and notifications. I have reset, changed clockface, etc. it is 2 years old.
