@Presi007 Not much can be done. Especially if the tracker detects movement while being in the elevator. You can try making your Versa less sensitive to movement by changing the wrist placement setting in your Fitbit mobile app to Dominant. Reboot your tracker several times as well by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears.

@Presi007 I would give it a shot, but I know the floor count has always been problematic. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful.

A warm welcome to the Community @Presi007 ! It's great to see you around @Marrrmaduke !
@Presi007 Let me assist you with your concern about floors climbed. Your device uses both an accelerometer and altimeter to track floors, and registers a floor when detecting continuous motion combined with an elevation gain of about 10 feet. You can get extra floors for a variety of reasons: opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. I recommend trying the suggestions provided by @Marrrmaduke and see how it goes.
If you would like to remove extra floors from your account, please follow these steps.
@Marrrmaduke thank you for your helpful suggestions!
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
